According to Stephen Cheng, the strong demand for the HONOR X9d 5G inspired the company to expand its accessibility through Globe’s postpaid offerings.
“We’ve seen the HONOR X9d 5G outperform many of our previous products,” Cheng said. “By partnering with Globe and offering it through their postpaid plans, we’re making it easier for more Filipinos to experience the device. With a monthly device cost starting as low as ₱571 alongside the G-Plan Plus 999, it’s a great value for users looking for durability and performance.”
Built for Durability
The HONOR X9d 5G is positioned as one of the most durable smartphones currently available in the market. It features all-around protection against drops, water, and dust, backed by the industry-first SGS Triple Resistant Premium Performance Certification.
The device is equipped with a Three-Layer Water Resistance Structure 2.0, supporting IP69K water resistance. This design allows the smartphone to withstand various challenging water conditions such as splashes, rinsing, dirty water exposure, and even high-pressure water jets. The device has also been tested to remain functional after being submerged in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.
To further improve usability in tough conditions, the HONOR X9d 5G includes AI Heavy Rain Touch and AI Glove Touch features, allowing users to operate the phone smoothly even during heavy rain or while wearing gloves.

Filipino consumers can now visit participating Globe stores to get the HONOR X9d 5G under the G-Plan Plus 999. The plan includes 20GB of data, unlimited all-network calls and texts, exclusive perks, and a free Jisulife Handheld Fan 5, with a monthly device payment starting at ₱571.
The smartphone is available in three stylish color options: Reddish Brown, Sunrise Gold, and Midnight Black.
