True to our commitment to using our technology and platform in creating a positive social impact, Grab Philippines has implemented programs that aim to help Filipinos overcome their everyday challenges, and improve their quality of life.
“Since our founding, Grab has been dedicated to our mission of creating economic empowerment for everyone in Southeast Asia. The GrabForGood Fund will be a key pillar of our efforts to uplift Grab partners and our broader community, and represents a meaningful next step in our long-term commitment to Southeast Asia,” said Grab Group CEO and co-founder Anthony Tan.

To highlight a few initiatives that we have launched for our driver- and delivery-partners, as well as merchant-partners:
- Madiskarteng Boss Club is our program to support the growth of our Filipino social sellers through training, solutions, and tools from the Grab platform. Through the Madiskarteng Boss Club, our Filipino Social Sellers are able to better reach and serve their customers despite the many restrictions brought about by the pandemic.
- The lockdown has urged many businesses to become digital-first. Grab has helped many local businesses in their digitalization journey through our Small Business Booster Program – where we provide the necessary tools and solutions for our local businesses so that they can better reach and serve their customers online.
- To encourage our kababayans to show support and appreciation for the invaluable work our driver- and delivery-partners in serving the everyday needs of our consumers, we have also pioneered the tipping feature on our platform – where 100% of the tips go directly to our driver- and delivery-partners
- As safety and hygiene will continue to be a priority for many of our kababayans in the foreseeable future, we have also leveraged our network and partnerships to launch GrabProtect – a robust suite of features and solutions that aim to protect the lives and livelihoods of our partners on the platform. Some of these features and solutions include the FREE RT-PCR testing for all our driver- and delivery-partners – ensuring their safety and well-being, providing peace of mind to our communities.
