Las Vegas, January 6–9, 2026 — TCL, a global leader in consumer electronics and the world’s No. 1 Mini LED and ultra-large TV brand, successfully unveiled its latest visual technology breakthroughs and AI-powered products at CES 2026. The showcase highlighted TCL’s continued commitment to redefining smart living, immersive entertainment, and productivity through a comprehensive portfolio of world-first display technologies and intelligent devices.
Redefining the Future of Display Technology
At CES 2026, TCL demonstrated how it continued to push the boundaries of display innovation across screens of all sizes. One of the most significant highlights was the global debut of SQD-Mini LED Technology, marking a major leap forward in Mini LED performance.
By transforming traditional local dimming zones into a Precise Dimming Series, SQD-Mini LED enabled exceptionally accurate light control across the entire screen, delivering striking clarity in both highlights and shadows. The technology also incorporated TCL’s industry-leading Super QLED and Ultra Color Filter Panel, resulting in longer panel lifespan, enhanced color accuracy, higher peak brightness, and a more stable high color gamut with refined visual consistency.
TCL also introduced the world’s first TV powered by SQD-Mini LED technology, the TCL X11L. The flagship model delivered up to 100% BT.2020 All-Scene Wide Color Gamut and featured CSOT’s WHVA 2.0 Ultra Panel, providing higher native contrast, improved color performance, and sharper image quality. With up to 20,736 precise dimming zones and peak brightness reaching 10,000 nits, HDR content appeared exceptionally vivid and lifelike. The X11L further impressed with its sleek design, featuring a virtually ZeroBorder aesthetic and a body nearly 2 cm thinner than previous generations. Audio performance was equally premium, powered by Bang & Olufsen.
Smarter Viewing with AI and Advanced Visual Experiences
TCL’s CES presence also highlighted key collaborations that elevated the smart TV experience. Building on last year’s debut of the industry’s first “Always On” Google TV with Gemini, TCL revealed deeper Gemini integration for Google TV, offering more intuitive ways to interact with televisions. These upgrades included enhanced Google Photos search, new creative tools powered by Nano Banana and Veo, and expanded voice-driven features.
In addition, TCL showcased Dolby Vision 2, the next evolution of Dolby Vision technology. Designed to enhance cinematic realism, Dolby Vision 2 leveraged content intelligence, environmental awareness, and refined detail optimization. TCL announced plans to roll out Dolby Vision 2 to its X and C series TVs via OTA updates in 2026.
Expanding Eye-Care and Immersive Display Solutions
Eye-care innovation was another major focus. The TCL NXTPAPER 70 Pro smartphone, powered by NXTPAPER 4.0, delivered all-day visual comfort to help reduce eye strain in today’s screen-heavy lifestyles. Its dedicated NXTPAPER Key allowed users to seamlessly switch between three distinct viewing modes.
TCL also expanded its NXTPAPER ecosystem with the TCL Note A1 NXTPAPER eNote tablet, which combined AI-driven productivity tools with a paper-like reading and writing experience—ideal for focused work and creative tasks.
Alongside commercial displays and high-performance monitors, TCL unveiled the RayNeo Air 4 Pro, the world’s first HDR10 AR glasses, redefining portable viewing with exceptional clarity and comfort for both work and entertainment.
Powering the Next Era of Intelligent Living
Beyond displays, TCL presented a broad lineup of AI-powered smart home solutions designed to enhance everyday living. These included the FreshIN 3.0 Air Conditioner, GeniusFresh Refrigerator, AmeraClassic washer and dryer series, and the TCL AI SuperDrum washer-dryer combo.
TCL also showcased advanced smart locks with biometric security, AI-driven access, and seamless smart home integration. Meanwhile, TCL Smart Home Energy Solutions demonstrated an end-to-end AI-driven energy ecosystem, offering intelligent control over power conversion, battery storage, and energy management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support low-carbon living.
AI-Enhanced Entertainment, Mobility, and Productivity
In entertainment, TCL leveraged AI to elevate picture and sound quality, enable smarter interaction, and enhance content creation. The PlayCube Projector delivered cinema-grade viewing in a compact, flexible form, while TCL AiMe, the world’s first modular AI companion robot, introduced lifelike and adaptive interaction that added a human touch to smart living.
TCL also expanded its intelligent ecosystem across mobility and productivity. The Human × Vehicle × Home Cross-Scenario Solution demonstrated seamless integration between vehicles and home environments. For connectivity on the go, the TCL 5G Mobile WiFi P50—the industry’s first 5G mmWave mobile Wi-Fi device with both fast and wireless charging—offered ultra-convenient, high-speed connectivity.
Design, Sustainability, and Future-Forward Partnerships
At CES 2026, TCL reimagined the future of home living through TCL NXTHOME™, uniting smart home solutions, lifestyle appliances, and premium collaborations with brands such as Bang & Olufsen, BMW Group Designworks Shanghai Studio, and Alcantara.
TCL also introduced ECORA™, a new sustainable material developed with Chris Lefteri Design. Made from recycled porcelain ceramics, ECORA™ combined high-performance technology with eco-conscious design, reinforcing TCL’s commitment to sustainability.
Shaping a Smarter Tomorrow
Through its innovations in display technology, artificial intelligence, and sustainable design, TCL demonstrated how it continues to shape a smarter, more efficient future. Its CES 2026 showcase highlighted technologies that not only transformed homes, but also enhanced how people live, work, and connect—paving the way toward a more intelligent tomorrow.
