Ford Philippines Opens Bigger, Modern Ford Iloilo Dealership to Enhance Customer Experience

SANTA BARBARA, Iloilo — Ford Philippines has officially inaugurated a newly relocated and significantly larger Ford Iloilo, reinforcing its commitment to delivering a better ownership experience for customers in Western Visayas.

The new dealership, developed in partnership with Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. (FAVI), is strategically located along Benigno Aquino Jr. Avenue in Cabugao Sur, Santa Barbara, Iloilo. The facility sits on more than 5,000 square meters of lot area and offers over 6,000 square meters of floor space, housed in a two-storey building with a roof deck.

Designed to provide a more immersive customer experience, the modern showroom can now display up to 10 vehicles, more than double the capacity of the previous location. This allows customers to explore Ford’s vehicle lineup in a more spacious and engaging environment.

The upgraded dealership also features 16 service bays, doubling the number from the former eight bays. This expansion will enable faster and more efficient after-sales services, including vehicle maintenance and repairs, helping meet the growing demand from Ford customers in Iloilo and nearby areas.

According to Pedro Simoes, the new facility reflects the strong partnership between Ford Philippines and FAVI, as well as their shared goal of improving customer service.
