I have heard good raves about Maman Filipino Cuisine, so I decided to tag along my Taiwanese friends to give them a taste of local food. We went to Trinoma Branch and its located at the ground floor just beside Starbucks beside the water fountain.
It was a weekday lunch I was surprised that we have to line up just to secure a seat. To my surprise, many dine in customers are not local residents, many probably are tourist and foreigners.
Check out their menu as I took all the pages just for your reference.
We ordered their specialty of the house, to my delight, its all delicious especially their famous watermelon sinigang. Its quite sticky for a sinigang soup but definitely a must try for local and tourist alike.
The crunchy palabok was one of my runaway favorites, but my guest’s favorite was the crunchy sisig and the halo-halo!
The appetizer was great, the chicken wings and I also like their adobo lamb.
The best part after the main course is of course the dessert. Yummy!
Oh and I forgot they even have a gender equal comfortroom!
Check them out at Trinoma Mall, they also have one branch located in Megamall. They offered me a discount / loyalty card which gives you a priviledge of slashing 10% off on your food bill everytime you dine in!
See you around!
