Get a chance to win a vivo X80 as vivo Philippines announces 60 second Masterpiece Short Film Contest

vivo, one of the leading smartphone brands that champion state-of-the-art camera features in the country, calls on aspiring filmmakers and enthusiasts to unleash their creativity in the vivo 60 Second Masterpiece Short Film Contest. Qualified entries will have the chance to win the newly launched vivo flagship phone, the vivo X80 5G, and other exciting prizes.

Creating a 60 second Masterpiece

Following the theme “Own Your Masterpiece,” the vivo short film contest encourages filmmakers and enthusiasts nationwide to find and showcase artin the ordinary. To qualify in the contest, the entry must be an original work and must feature specific film elements such as a dolly shot, a low light scene, and  wide angle framing. Incorporating vivo products in the short film will give participants a stronger edge to win prizes and awards.

The following will be observed to identify the winning entries:

• Best film & Product Placement winners will be chosen by vivo Philippines through an internal deliberation.
• People’s Choice Award – vivo Philippines will post the Top 10 entries on vivo PH’s facebook page on July 5. The entry  that will garner the highest number of shares, comments, and likes until July 12, 2022 will win this award.

Interested filmmakers will battle to win the Best Film Award, People’s Choice Award, and Best Product Placement Award. The winning films will be announced in a live broadcast via the vivo Philippines official Facebook page on July 22.
