the SC-V4000 produces signage, display graphics and thicker rigid media substrates such as
phone cases or notebooks in-house, reducing reliance on outsourcing and multiple production
steps.
This new SureColor V-series addition follows the SC-V7000 as the next commercial production
printer in Epson’s UV flatbed large-format printer lineup. Developed with space efficiency in
mind, the printer offers a print area that is larger than typical A1 machines, making it well suited
for businesses that require high-quality, end-to-end UV production but operate within space-
constrained environments.
Delivering high-quality output with expanded creative flexibility
To meet rising visual demands from businesses looking for an all-in-one printing solution, the
SC-V4000 features a 10-color UltraChrome UV ink set, including grey, red, white, and varnish
inks. This configuration enables an expanded color gamut with smoother gradation and reduced
graininess, while supporting creative finishes such as textured effects, gloss highlights, and
layered printing across a variety of rigid substrates. The SC-V4000 also supports crisp 2-point
text and fine line reproduction, producing sharp, highly detailed output even for demanding
graphic and signage applications.
White and varnish inks further extend application possibilities, allowing businesses to
differentiate their output through added visual depth and surface effects.
