Manila, Philippines – January 7, 2026 — At CES Showstoppers 2026, Infinix unveiled a wave of ambitious innovations that signaled a bold new chapter for the brand. Guided by its “Joyful Tech, Beyond Limits” philosophy, the company introduced breakthrough technologies designed to redefine connectivity, performance, and personalization in smartphones.
From its first global satellite communication solution to an industry-first liquid cooling architecture and dynamic backplate technology, Infinix demonstrated how it aims to push mobile technology beyond traditional limits.
Expanding Connectivity with Global Satellite Communication
One of the biggest highlights of Infinix’s showcase was its new satellite communication solution for consumer smartphones. Designed to dramatically expand network coverage, the system is projected to reach nearly two-thirds of the Earth’s surface—significantly broadening connectivity compared to many existing solutions.
Technically, the system supports 4kbps transmission, enabling dual-way high-definition voice calls and SMS messaging via satellite. Built on a unified communication system, it requires no additional registration and automatically switches between mobile roaming and satellite connectivity when needed.
The feature also supports Speaker Mode and Bluetooth headset calling, ensuring clear voice pickup—even in windy environments. This makes it particularly useful for users in remote locations or areas with weak or no cellular signal.
The upcoming NOTE 60 Series will be the first to feature this solution, marking a major step toward Infinix’s vision of a unified Space-Air-Ground integrated network. The company sees this as foundational for future innovations such as 6G connectivity, augmented reality, and real-time environmental AI applications.
Next-Level Cooling for High-Performance Gaming
Performance enthusiasts were treated to the debut of Infinix’s HydroFlow Liquid Cooling Architecture—one of the most advanced cooling systems ever developed for a smartphone.
At its core is the industry’s first Dual-Piezoelectric-Ceramic Single-Pump Technology. By using electric currents to create high-frequency deformation in piezoelectric ceramics, the system pushes fluorinated liquid through cooling channels at speeds of up to 6.5 ml per minute—double the rate of conventional active liquid cooling systems. The channels are engineered to cover 100% of the mainboard’s core heat sources for precise and efficient thermal management.
Infinix also introduced the world’s first piezoelectric fan designed specifically for smartphones. Instead of traditional rotating blades, the system uses a 0.1mm ultra-thin vibrating sheet—about half the thickness of a human hair—that pulses 25,000 times per second. This creates a high-pressure air jet capable of delivering more than 10 times the heat dissipation efficiency of conventional fans, all while operating in near silence.
Together, the liquid and active air cooling systems work in harmony to ensure stable performance and a cooler feel during intensive gaming sessions.
To complement this high-performance setup, Infinix also presented an industry-first split controller with a large pressure-sensitive touchpad for ultra-low latency control. Wireless magnetic triggers equipped with mouse-grade micro-switches were also unveiled, transforming the smartphone into a competitive, immersive gaming station.
Looking ahead, Infinix hinted at even more ambitious developments, including a Full-Chamber Immersive Cooling solution that would allow liquid to directly contact key components for even faster heat dissipation.
A “Living” Smartphone Design
Beyond performance and connectivity, Infinix showcased a new level of personalization with its Active Visual Backplate Technology—designed to bring dynamic, power-free visual effects to smartphone design.
Using advanced optical microstructures such as Color-Changing Louvre, High-Frame-Rate Continuous Dynamic Grating, and Naked-Eye 3D Film, the back panel transforms depending on viewing angle and lighting conditions. Simply rotating the phone reveals flowing colors, dynamic animations, and even 3D stereoscopic visuals.
To enhance interactivity, Infinix incorporated smart materials like Bistable Thermo-Chromatic Ink and Starry Photochromic Leather, which respond to changes in temperature and ambient light. The result is a device that visually evolves with its environment.
These effects are built atop a Monolithic Cold-Carved Polymer structure that seamlessly integrates the camera module into the rear panel, delivering a smoother finish and refined aesthetic.
AI ModuVerse: A Modular Ecosystem for Work and Creativity
Infinix also introduced the AI ModuVerse system—an ecosystem of modular accessories that attach magnetically to compatible smartphones via a unified interface.
Five AI-powered modules were showcased:
- Mic Modu for professional-grade noise reduction
- SportsCam Modu with anti-shake enhancements
- Meeting Modu for real-time translation and note generation
- StackPower Modu for expandable on-demand power
- VlogCam Modu featuring AI subject tracking and gesture control
By combining AI and hardware innovation, the ModuVerse system allows users to tailor their devices for specific scenarios—whether for content creation, professional meetings, sports recording, or extended battery life.
Shaping the Future of Mobile Innovation
With its CES 2026 showcase, Infinix made it clear that it is not just iterating on smartphone features—but reimagining them. By integrating satellite connectivity, advanced cooling systems, expressive design technologies, and a modular AI ecosystem, the company is working toward a future where smartphones are more adaptable, powerful, and creatively empowering than ever.
As Infinix continues to expand its technological ambitions, its vision remains consistent: to deliver boundless joy through innovation that connects, performs, and inspires without limits.
